      Used Alberts limousine service for my wedding in September 2024 and then again for a ride to in from of the airport for my honeymoon. During my wedding, the service was not only 15 minutes late to the venue, causing my ceremony to be later, the driver of the limo was very reckless and went into oncoming traffic to try to make it to the venue faster. They then also went onto a random private property and tried to drop off my guest at a wrong location. But this isnt the worst part of our experience with Alberts. Our limo ride to the ******************** was amazing. The driver was great. But our drive home was absolutely awful. The limo driver proceeded to fall asleep at the wheel multiple times almost killing us. It took four calls to speak with a manager, and they did not take this very seriously. After this whole situation, all I got was a refund on my honeymoon ride. This is extremely traumatizing for us. No one should be using this company.
