    Cintex remodelled our primary bath and kitchen. The toilet in the bathroom is incorrectly installed. It moves front to back because it is unlevel. There are also poorly tiled and grouted areas in both rooms. Cintex has been out to try to repair the toilet. The toilet still moves. They refuse to repair poor tile work because "it is stone". At this point this company is unwiiling to remedy this situation.

    We hired Cintex Enterprises to remodel our Master bath and partial remodel of powder room. Both rooms turned out excellent. ***** and ***** are the owners and they manage the project from start to finish. ***** was a great help with materials selection of all tile, counters and accessories. ***** and crew did all the work from demolition until completion. They completed the project in 6 days as planned and within the estimated price. I would highly recommend Cintex enterprises for all home remodeling projects.

     

    This is the review we got after the project, They did have some concerns and we have always responded, we are unclear why they did not inform us of the latest problem, which we would address immediately

    I am rejecting this response because: The review that cintex posted in the response was copied and pasted off Angis list and put on his website. I pulled that review off Angis list after I stared noticing poor quality work in the bathroom. I did notify cintex on 2 occasions about the toilet. He did correct  a couple minor issues. I explained that the toilet moves and needed to be  better mounted to the floor. He simply applied more caulk to the base. That did not solve the problem. I called again about the toilet about the same issue and other issues in the kitchen. He came again and put more caulk on the base of the toilet. The toilet still moves. It became obvious to me that he was trying to force me to accept the moving toilet. A plumbing fixture like a toilet is not meant to move. It will fail at some point. At this point there is a credibility issue with this contractor.
