            I have a contract with Tax Help Network to resolve my late Federal Taxes. I have paid them in full. There was a tentative agreement reached to settle my tax debt but the pandemic delayed the processing of the agreement. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. I cant reach an operator at the business number. My calls are forwarded directly to the voicemail of an individual Ive never dealt with and whose name I do not recognize.On the advice of this firm I have not been paying my Federal Taxes and penalties and interest are accruing. Im very concerned and need someone to contact me.
