    Business Response

    Date: 02/06/2024

Thank you for your note *******, however imagine my surprise when I received your complaint BEFORE we did anything wrong. Your payment was loaded into the system to be sent out by ****** on January 30th exactly as we promised. After getting the BBB complaint you filed I suspended the payment until I was calm and not angry to respond.

If you had taken the time to read the order confirmation you were sent at the beginning of the project you accepted you would have known our payment process. Below is a cut and paste directly from your order confirmation:

    ********Notary Compensation - (PLEASE READ)**********
    a. In consideration of your performance of the Services as provided herein, Celtic Signings agrees to pay you the amount specified and arranged at the time of accepting the order from Celtic Signings.
    b. If a particular signing requires you to make more than one trip, you will be paid per trip; however, any additional trips MUST be authorized by a Celtic Signings representative, or you will not be compensated for such additional trip.
    c. We respect the Agents that work with us and realize that cash flow is very important however we want to set your expectation right up front. Our clients pay us on net 30 terms so all invoices will be honored on or about the 30th of the month following the completed closings (e.g. if you close a loan on May 15th, you will be paid on or about June 30th for your May 15th closing).

We will absolutley pay you for the work you performed for us today. However, next time before you jump to an incorrect conclusion about a small business and file a report that will now stay on our online profile for us to defend. Please make sure the company has actually done something wrong. Lastly, I would like to formally request that you let the BBB know that we did not do anything unethical to impact you or diminish the service you provided us.

    Respectfully,

    ***************************
