      DO NOT USE "PUPS AT PLAY" - ***************** in ********* ....... This USED to be a very reputable place when *************************** and ************************* owned them. The business is now owned by ***************, LLC. Our dog was recently diagnosed with ********* disease which can be fatal if not controlled with medication. Our pup was there for 8 nights and 7 days and she WAS NOT given any of her medication......Somehow they forgot!!!!!!! This is completely unacceptable as all we got was " we're really sorry"!!!! We took her to our vet who advised us it will now take 30 days to get her body back in sync with her medication and she had lost 3 pounds on top of this.I also called for TWO days with no answer. I was finally able to leave a message but never received a return call. I asked a friend to go there to check on ***** and they told her everything was fine and she was getting her medication. My friend also called for me 2 days later to confirm this (as we were out of the country) and they assured her that she was getting her medication. So therefore, they lied to her.Thank God our Amani did not have an Addison ***************
