This email is notification of receipt and solution of complaint ID# ********

    Customer: *********************

Today, 9Dec22, I met with Mr and ************** and the concern that was communicated was that the dry space (under decking/dry space) was leaking in 2-3 areas. We have been out to repair the deck on 2 different occasions to address the situation unfortunately it was not corrected. Today I reassessed the situation and provided an additional solution to the homeowner which was to repair now (to be schedule for next week) or to return in early spring, which I recommended due to the nature of the repair and weather conditions which would be more conducive to the adherence of the flashing tape (wider tape needed due to preexisting framing structure).  Customer agreed to wait to spring.

In regard to the lighting, approx. 30 LED lights were installed and only 1 deck post light is currently not working.  The connection and bulb will be checked and replaced if needed.  The warping of the boards in question are within the normal limits of expansion and contraction, however I will tighten connections and install additional fasteners (only in front of the staircase due to dry space) if needed.

All items will be addressed in spring, which was agreed upon with Mr and ***************
