I bought a refrigerator last year and it went out after a few months. I called Ascoli who in turn sent out a vendor they use since they're not in the area. The vendor temporarily resolved the issue until it came up again. I reached back out and they sent out another company. The technician told me that I needed a part that was on back order and he wasn't going to order it. I called the customer service line to request a refund or resolution. The person told me that he was going to put in the request and to call back within a few day. I waited a week to call back. When I did, it seemed like I never called because there was no information in the notes. I had to explain the situation over. The tech this time told me to check back in a few days which I did and the same thing happened again. I had to explain myself again as if there was no notes in the system. This happened two more times before I decided to contact BBB. It's been over 4 months without a working refrigerator. I don't if Ascoli contracts the customer service outside the company but the reps continually told me that they have to wait on Ascoli to approve. I don't know what to do, I'm calling and not getting any results when it's still under the manufacture's warranty.
