5 stars**** and his team at Green Sun provided us with a great whole-house generator and an even better experience. They recommended the right equipment to meet our needs and handled all the details including permits, delivery, installation, inspections, and teaching us how everything works. Its something weve wanted for a long time, we just had to find the contractor. Imagine this they told us what theyd do and then they did it. Unique, right? Oh, and they kept us updated at every step. I contacted GSE about solar panels and new roof for my house, they messaged me via text to set an appointment to talk. When we spoke I went over what I wanted in detail. I also noted that any trees that pose an issue to the roof/solar panels would be cut down entirely or the heads be cut below the gutter line of the house. We then set a date on when to have a zoom call which I felt wasnt necessary. All I want is an estimate of what is specifically going to be done and estimated job/efficiency in WRITING. I then texted the contact for GSE back with the information she requested of me of the yearly kwh. The next day get emails of screenshots of my house stating I would have to remove a certain amount of trees etc. All of which I went over in detail on the phone. I then went over on what I plan on doing and stated all I wanted was an estimate but if they didnt feel it would be worth it. Ill do business with one of the other companies Im messaging. I felt conveyed my point quite clearly that I just wanted an estimate, instead I get the same story on repeat. After 4 emails back and forth of stating what was already said I stated both in the call and email. I felt that ether she was deliberately wasting my time or just wanted me to change what I was saying. I truly wanted todo business with them specifically because theyre local and had good reviews. But Im not in the business of wasting my time and begging people todo their job. If I could make a suggestion to this company it would be if youre not interested in doing a job say so. Dont repeat yourself and hassle a customer by literally wasting their time.Green Sun Energy Services, LLC

Dear customer. It's a shame that you took the time to write this review (and blemish our reputation) because we told you the truth.When the energy consultant reviewed the project with one of the company owners, she was instructed to inform the Customer that the job would not be feasible unless **** large trees in the back and side of the house were removed. Given our experience, the cost of tree removal -vs- the benefit of solar on a small roof is not worth your investment.We are not the type of company that will lie and offer to install solar panels on a house that is not qualified for the installation of solar panels. We would truly appreciate it if you take down this review as it has no reason to be published.Review fromJaymie K

5 starsAfter researching multiple different companies to install our generator, we chose Green Sun Energy Services. They were very professional and explained everything step by step! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to install a generator. Very pleased with the whole process.
