I purchased a CSC020 Concentric Clutch Slave Cylinder from Phoenix Friction Products on May 11, 2023.Order #: ******. Customer ID: ******** On May 17th I received the wrong part (pictures included in the attached email chain).I received 0501.321.059 Oblong Rings I immediately reached out to them explaining I received the wrong part and included pictures. I then informed them that I had to make arrangements to get the actual part from the local dealer as I couldn't wait for them to swap the part. At which time I requested a refund. (5/17/23)They made me wait over a week before allowing me to return the part stating they had to reach out to the manufacture first, which made no sense to me as it wasn't a faulty part, it was just very clearly the WRONG part. (5/25/23)They finally sent me a return form, which I then mailed back out to them- they then said it would take 30 days to receive my refund. (5/25/23)I waited the 30 days and still had not received my refund - I emailed them stating such with absolutely NO RESPONSE from them in regards to my query. (6/24/23)Ten days later I reached back out telling them that I still had not received my refund and due to their lack of response that I was going to begin a claim with the Better Business Bureau. (7/03/23)Even after the threat of reaching out to the BBB Phoenix Friction Products have not responded or refunded my money, which is why I am seeking your assistance.If you need any further information absolutely feel free to reach out to me.*********,************************************
