    27th July 2023 $6750 To provide get me licensing for my idea by creating a profile website etc. and pitching my idea to investors I am no longer interested in the business as they deliberately slowing down the process meanwhile transferring me to another 3rd party charging me money monthly and affecting my credit score Each attempt they keep saying I have to stick with them. Since my payment have not had any contact in person or on the phone with any supervisor. Which wasnt the case at the start of the discussion They are deliberately slow walking the contact and they seems to have covertly scammed me into parting with my money

    We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint.

    This inventor contracted for our services in January ****************************************************************** an attempt to obtain a good faith review.  Our records indicate his services are being provided in accordance with the contract. Additionally, he purchased our ************************ referring him to an independent patent attorney for the preparation and prosecution of a patent application.  It is our understanding that a patent application was filed with the United States Patent & **************** in July 2024. 

    Shortly after contracting, we provided him with a Timetable of Services, which outlines estimated timeframes for when certain services will be completed.  According to our records,this inventors services are being provided in accordance with this timetable. We have spoken with this inventor about his concerns and uncovered they were regarding the lack of positive interest in his idea.  While we can understand the frustration involved, each invention must stand or fall on its own merit and any responses from companies is just that, at the discretion of the companies. We cannot guarantee that an invention will receive responses,much less a response expressing interest in an invention.  We make the difficulties and uncertainties of this industry as a whole clear to all of our clients.   

    Our records indicate his account is currently in arrears nearly $1500.  We encourage this inventor to make the necessary arrangements to satisfy the past due balance.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Firstly this business had a class law suit for same deception. CURRENTLY they have the same invention done with the code TR0-254 and didn't disclose which is a violation of the contract .Thirdly the company sent to me for pitch don't exist.

    Please note that we have tried on numerous occasions to resolve this matter in good faith, to no avail.  InventHelp continues to hold up its end of its contractual obligations; whereas Mr. ****** is not and has not in some time.

    I went to Inventhelp to promote an idea I had. When I contacted them in 2019, they said to use them it would be $10,000 to get through their system via contract, they said that they would work on on the promotion of my product while I paid them. Im still waiting for them call me since the last payment was made in end of 2023. I have of all the information

    We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint.

    This inventor contracted for our services over three years ago for a two-year service for the assistance in submitting her invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith review and those services have been completed in their entirety.

    During the services, we provided her with regular updates and had several conversations updating her on the services we were providing.   We also recently reached out to this inventor, encouraging her to contact us if she has any questions; however,we have not received any response.

    I am rejecting this response because: I was not told that it was a two year contract,it was explained to me that once I obtained the service that they would help promote my invention. I didnt have much contact with them but once every two to three months and sometimes I had to initiate the call. They tried to call me, but I have tried to contact them since on a few occasions.

    We stand by our original response to this complaint.  We have provided this inventor with regular updates regarding our efforts to submit her idea to industry for a good faith review, both in writing as well as over the phone.  Additionally, we have a toll-free phone number for our clients to utilize and are available every Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Further, the terms of the service are clearly outlined in the agreement the client initially signed.
