    Their tree collapsed through their fence back on Feb. 16, 2025 due to a wind storm in the area and the tree and fence fell into my yard narrowly missing my home, remains splintered into my yard. Their maintenance crew cut up the tree on Feb. 20, 2025 and left all their fence debris in our yard. These were clearly not actual tree service workers as they did not clean up the other tree limbs high up that were broken since they never climbed a tree or even removed the stump, near their sewer line.

    I called on March 6, 2025 spoke with a nice woman and was told I would have to speak with Lori as she handle all maintenance requests. I left my name and number.

    Lori did call me back a little while later. She was very annoyed that I have even called. She told me a work order was placed when the tree was removed. She was extremely short and hung up, not letting me ask any further questions.

    We have several of their residents/tenants trespassing through our yard due to the down fence. This is on video and has happened repeatedly.

    Almost 4 months since the storm and we have given them plenty of time to fix your fence and remove the debris.

    I called on June 5, 2025 @ 1:55pm no one answered so I left a message to call me back.

    A nice lady called me back and stated that Lori handles all maintenance requests and that she was out until Mon. (June 9, 2025).

    To date Lori has not called me back.

    Another storm came through the area June 19th, 2025 @ approx 6:00pm with a lot of wind and rain.

    Another section of their fence came down on the other end where your residences/tenants children have built a shanty town/forts/homeless encampment in the back trees.

    This is fence is clearly not sturdy, it is on their property and their responsibility. This is not very neighborly to allow our property value to decrease and trespassers to openly use our yard as a thoroughfare.

    Additional residents/tenants have trespassed through our yard with their dogs. They clearly don't care.
