            This started 9/23/20, I paid $2310 and im still waiting for the job to be completed. I included a video of my bathroom, his business card, our texts, and the receipts. It started out as, I asked my friends on fb if anyone knew someone who could replace insulation in my crawlspace. I had 4 different people come out. While they were under the house checking the insulation 2 of the men said I had water damage to the wood. I went with RIC because he had done work for family members and they really liked his work. He said he had to replace the bad wood and found part of the bathroom floor was damaged also. He ripped up part of the floor and said it all should be replaced. He ripped up 2 subfloors. I had ceramic tiles when all this was happening, he said he couldn't replace these tiles and told me what he could do (the now crackling floor). I trusted him enough to allow him in the house while I was at my job. As you can read in our texts it has been 11 months and the job isnt complete.
