"Villas at ****************, ******* had her maintenance *** ********* called me and they needed HVAC work done ASAP and we did the work and had to join Michaels organization with real page and its been over a month where they cannot read or write the paperwork for the certificate of insurance and verifying my insurance for my auto and we have been on the phone five times for two hours every time for them just to get the wording correct and they still do not have it correct and so because of this, I am being delayed getting paid, whereas the work has been done ASAP when they needed it I understand it can take a week to do the paperwork, but this has been over four weeks and Quincie the manager is avoiding my phone calls and emails and text messages that I have a paper trail of as well as with her maintenance *** *********.
