Shipping
They use UPS or USPS to ship items, they use at their discretion. Most orders, if placed before 2:00 pm E.S.T. are shipped thatday. Tracking will be uploaded within 24 hours of orderdispatch. Orders over $50.00 ship for free. Orders shipping outside ofthe U.S. cost is based on the weight.
Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of theorder. They will accept undamaged and unused products.
In the event of an incorrect item shipped Pondh2o willpay for return shipping, any other returns are the responsibility of thebuyer. Please email for a RMA number for order tracing upon receipt. Theywill refund your money after receiving that undamaged product within 5-7days.
