APPS4RENT is a clould hosting company. I subscribed them to host Quicksbooks.. I am not able to get into my quickBooks for last two days. I tried to call, chat and email. Nobody is responding. I have very sensitive financial data with them. Please helpBusiness response

Note: The e-mail address or full name of the customer does not match the details of the customer in our records. However, we could trace this with the Last name and the physical address of the customer. The customer has multiple services with us (cloud desktop and Office 365). One service-the cloud desktop services were impacted due to the Ransomware attack, which crippled the majority of our services including our own e-mail services and phone services. ********** services were put into offline mode on June 28th, 2021 post Ransomware attack. ********** machine was up by June 30th, 2021 in the wee hours, and was informed via e-mail that the services are up and running for him. Services were restored with full data and there was no data loss. Services were not accessible for two days. We will apply a goodwill credit of 25% on the monthly charge. The credit is several times more than the timeframe that customer's services were not accessible.

This company provides virtual web hosting that hosts my software system in which I run my entire company off of. They apparently have been a victim of a ransomware attack which is causing my and many other companies to be completely shut down. The problem is that we have no communication from them and have had their phones and emails turned off. We need help and resolution.Business response

Customer services were impacted due to the Ransomware attack, which crippled the majority of our services including our own e-mail services as well as phone services. ********** services were put into offline mode on June 28th, 2021 post Ransomware attack. ********** machine was up by June 30th, 2021 in the wee hours, and was informed via e-mail that the services are up and running for him. Services were restored with full data and there was no data loss. Services were not accessible for two days. Customer contacted us on July 23rd, 2021 via phone to have a conversation about the event. He was given a goodwill credit of 25% on the monthly charge. The credit was several times more than the timeframe that customer's services were not accessible. The customer agreed to this and credit has been added to the account which will be adjusted in the upcoming invoices.

Apps4Rent provides hosted Quickbooks for our company. Since 6/28/21, we have been unable to access our books. We have tried calling, emailing and chatting via website to get update but have not received any information.Business response

Customer was pro-actively informed about the Ransomware attack on June 30th, 2021 via e-mail. Service for this customer was restored on July 2nd, 2021. We will apply a goodwill credit of 25% on the monthly charge. The credit is several times more than the timeframe that customer's services were not accessible.

This company hosts ALL of the client data for my accounting firm including client books and all tax prep data. They have been down for 2-4 days now with the only communication to their customers being one automated chat message. They will not answer their phones. They are supposed to be doing daily and weekly backups of client data but one chat message stated that we would need to provide our own backups. I have a screen shot of their promise of data backups. I need my data so my employees can get back to work and my clients can be serviced.Business response

Customer services were impacted due to the Ransomware attack, which crippled the majority of our services including our own e-mail services and phone services. Customer went down on June 28th, 2021. There was no data loss. ********** services (cloud desktop) were turned on with the data intact and no infection by July 1st, 2021. We had started putting out ******* feeds after 3-4 days of the attack about the updates. Customer contacted us and wanted to cancel the account on August 6th, 2021. Customer did mention that they were satisfied with our product and services before the Ransomware attack. I paste a screenshot from the system
