Last year I had this contractor raise my home in ******************* and was not pleased with the results. All the work except for the actual raising of the home was performed by subs. The ********* (*******) was by far the best. There were damages to my property directly caused by the subs for which **** described as normal. *********************** did not follow engineer's plans and now I have drainages issues. **** has failed to correct. In fact they filed a construction lien against me for monies I withheld for non performance. They blamed Covid for all their delays. They fail to contact utilities for reinstatement of services as they stated they would do in their contract. They have violated building code by withholding my Certificate of Occupancy. Bad experience. Owner talked a good game with a great sales pitch, but in the end was not involved.

General Contracting is an additional offered service in conjunction with home elevation projects. Usage of ** licensed and insured subcontractors is standard practice, as was the case here, All performed work was inspected and approved by the township with the issuance of a COA. It is the responsibility of the township to inspect and confirm all work is performed per the provided engineered plans. Plus, if needed, enforce corrective action on our part. In this case, approvals were given and a certificate of occupancy was issued upon completion, as indicated by the client in this review. Admittedly, project delays presented that were attributed to the very real Covid 19 crisis faced by all contractors and suppliers throughout the nation. Sometimes, despite our best efforts of care, landscapes will suffer ill effect during mobilization of construction projects. It is not uncommon for clients to be in need of landscape restoration upon completion. Not meeting client expectations is an abnormal occurrence, thank you for bringing this to our attention so we may improve our practices to better serve our clients.
