      All I can say is YIKES. Unknowingly booked this company through a broker. Ended up using them which was a big mistake, but didnt really have much of a choice. They picked our stuff up in June 2022 and it was quite the nightmare to track anyone down from the company to talk to about where our stuff was. When I kept calling, the owner threatened to hold my stuff until October 2022. We were repeatedly told our stuff was coming this day or that day, but it would not show up. Once we were out 30 business days from pick up then I started telling them I was going to get the police involved because now it was theft. They then responded quickly to me saying my stuff was finally on its way. Somehow it finally showed up at the very beginning of August 2022 but not after a freaking wild roller coaster of a nightmare ride and $16000 (!!!) later did we finally get our stuff back. The guy delivering our stuff was the owner but pretended to be someone else. Through a deep dive through ******** and the internet I had found him and knew what he looked like. But after getting the last piece of furniture off the truck, this little rat had the audacity to ask me for a tip! Truly the worst experience my wife and I have ever had. DO NOT use this company. Even if its booked unknowingly through a broker and they show up. Just turn their greasy ***** away and use a different company.

      Just as the other review states, stay away from this company! Phone number is not working, website not available. They hire Russians who barely speak English to do the work. All of our furniture was damaged, boxes crushed. Poor communication, tried to get more money out of us, they sent one person to do all the unloading. Trusted Moving and Storage is who we hired and they subcontracted Mayfield. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They should be in jail.
