**** has three qualities you want your home inspector to possess: he's very knowledgeable, very thorough, and very helpful. He spent lots of time answering my questions before, during, and after the home inspection. His report was very detailed and provided lots of useful information and tips about home maintenance. He gave me tips and advice about how to deal with the home builder. In addition to all that, he is very responsive and communicates very well. ****'s inspection report is absolutely full of detailed advice and guidance about home maintenance and safety. I strongly recommend **** to anyone who needs home inspection services.

Thank You for your review. As Inspect it Neil always tells his clients, the only wrong question is the question you do not ask. Inspect it Neil was available to answer this client's questions 4 months after this inspection. Inspect it Neil has advised clients many years after their inspection.
