    Basic basement started a job on 27 December,2021 its may 13,2022 the was to ***********-8 weeks months later I dont have a end date for the job but every time basic finishes something they want money and only telling to check my contract. I have to keep acting basic basement when they will and do something they do some work I see them for weeks until I asked went are coming to do something

    We are sorry to hear that ******************** is unhappy. Here is our reply to her review.Generally The Basic Basement *** can finish a project of ******************** scope of work in **** weeks, providing there are no change orders to the contract or unforeseen issues.We started framing on 12/27/31 and finished on 1/3/22. We collected a start of work check per her contract.***** plumbing for her bathroom was completed on 1/5/22 ***** electric was completed on 1/11/22 Twp inspections were scheduled for first availability. Electric, Fire and Plumbing inspections were done on 1/28/22. Framing and insulation inspections were done on 2/3/22. A 3 week delay that was out of anybodys control. All inspections passed Plumber set the tub on 2/7/22 Installation of Drywall started 2/15/22 and completed 2/24/22. We collected a check at start of sheetrock per her contract.Final electric was done on3/4/22.At this point we were on schedule to finish in approximately 10 weeks.No work was done for approximately 2 weeks while ******************** decided on her choice of flooring. ******************** ordered flooring from our company on 3/18/22. We asked for and picked up a deposit check for her flooring, which was a change order to her original scope of work. While we were waiting for the floor to be delivered from the supplier, which prevented us from moving forwarded with the next phase which would have been door and trim installation, The Basic Basement *** applied self leveler to the basement floor and installed tile in the bathroom and laundry area on 4/6/22.The floor was scheduled to install on 4/12/22. The installation was cancelled due to water entering her basement after a storm.On 4/25/22 we received notice from ******************** that the water issue was resolved and rescheduled her floor installation for our next available date of 5/10/22. This created a 4 week delay. The floor completed on 5/11/22. She was asked for pay for the remaining balance owed on the floor.Doors and Trim installation were delayed until 5/24/22 due to additional work that ******************** waterproofing company needed to perform, another 2 week delay. As per her contract there is a payment due upon door and trim installation.Although it has taken longer than anticipated, The Basic Basement *** has never asked for a payment that wasnt due and has continually worked with ******************** to complete her project in an appropriate amount of time based on the circumstances listed above.
