This dealership is the absolute worst. I had dropped my car off for an appointment on 7/3/2023 to get diagnosed due to a major issue with the transmission. Service adovisor, *********************************, informed me that the paperwork will be sent in after the holiday. He claimed they will get back to me by 7/10. Never heard anything from him. My fianc dropped in on 7/14 to see what the hold up was. ******** said that no paperwork was ever sent and it wont be sent anytime soon as they are 3 months behind in repairs. No loaner car was provided for the entire 5 weeks. I took it upon myself to call corporate and open a case. Corporate was the only person in contact with me over the span of 5 weeks giving me updates regarding my car. After 3 weeks the warranty paperwork was finally sent in (after being sent incorrectly) and then it took another week to see if the parts were in stock. After my case manager assured me my car will be ready for pick up on 8/3, I was surely let down. My car was not ready until 8/5 at 5pm. This has been the worst experience with communication coming from any type of business. I can only hope a new wave of employees can be hired to replace these liars. I left several voicemails and emails with **************************** and *** regarding this situation and not one of them ever reached back out.
