      I decided to contact Select Home Warranty after receiving information about their company in the mail. It stated, "We offer affordable plans and budget friendly payment options. Also, you can choose your level of protection to cover various items" This is my first time having a Home Warranty plan, so it was a pleasure talking to Mr. ***** on the phone. With his expertises, he explained the warranty plans. I selected the platinum. He also searched for deductibles to help bring the cost down. I love the fact, the customer can pay for the **********************, monthly or yearly . Thank you, ***

      After searching and inquiring online, I received a call from this representative. I told him which plan I wanted. He explained the details and sent me an invoice which was paid at title closing. The process was easy and trouble free.

      Worst home warranty company ever! You canceled my policy and didn't advise me ot was closed until the day before the technician was to come to fix my AC unit! It took over 2 months to tell me! -50 stars ??.
