Refund and Exchange Policy
Returns:
- Inventory item returns are allowed up to 60 days from the date of shipment with no restocking fees.
- Inventory items must be in new, unopened packaging and re-salable condition. (note: electronic boards in anti-static bag should not be broken).
- Items not in resalable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Items over 60 days but less than 90 days will have a 25% restocking fee.
- Shipping costs to return items are at the expense of the customer.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained prior to returning an inventory item. This number must be printed clearly on the outside of the box. Items received without an RMA Number or boxes not clearly indicating the number will be returned at the customer's expense.
- RMA numbers remain open for 30 days. If the item is not returned within 30 days, the customer must obtain a new RMA number if the item is still returnable.
- Non-stock items are subject to the OEM's return policy.
- Inventory items will be returned to customer if credit is denied for reason of incomplete part, used or opened items.
