    My father and I agreed to have the partial side of the driveway done with new asphalt and then concrete work done in our back yard for my wedding week before September 5th, 2025. We thought we can trust them to do the work professionally and done in timely manner before my wedding, given their commitments and they said they will get it done asap. They also said we must make a first deposit prior to everything. We werent sure why. We asked for a contact as well. The contact seemed to be very sketchy at first. It didnt have all policies or enough info but the list of work, no amounts, etc. We gave ****** $2300 of 6300 in a check on August 14th per their request and apparently he said he has to wait for the check to be cleared before he and his guys can work. We were very confused because this wasnt what we agreed to. Regardless of any pay methods, the asphalt/concrete job was supposed to be done completely and to be paid fully at the last. They chose to wait. By the time went, asphalt job was very horrible, they used the cheaper materials, never compacted at all. We asked them to fix this issue many times and as it was getting closer to my wedding week, they still never came and do the concrete job in the backyard. Came up with many stories until its too late. So we decided to stop cooperating with them, asked for the refund back. They said they will refund $300 back and fix this issue. He mailed a $300 check as he said on September 8th, 2025. Never received any checks or money now (September 20th, 2025) and we are located in ***************, **. No asphalt issue resolved at all nor any refunds received, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND UNRELIABLE. ****** Vieira and his Vieira *************** and his business license needs to be investigated and prosecuted for taking our and other customers money and not work. DO NOT GIVE/PAY MONEY TO THIS *** ******, VIEIRA CONTRACTING AT FIRST. HE STEALS YOUR MONEY AND DOESN'T WORK.
