  I had a reservation for 7pm on a Sunday and arrvied arrived on time. The hostess told me I was already checked in and to have a seat outside till my table was ready. She also told me I would receive a text. So my husband and I sat literally by the entrance, we could see who came and left. So 10min go by no text, another 20min go by still nothing. By now we see people leaving and I tell my husband its been thirty minutes and we still havent gotten a text. Because it was busy I assumed they just didnt have a table. Well another thirty minutes go by, by now an hour had already passed and I havent gotten a text. This whole time we were sitting outside next to a fire pit because it was cold. So we get up to see what was going on, I ask for the hostess she comes out and I asked whats going on we have been waiting for an hour. She tells me that she sent me multiple texts and even came out looking for me. So I told her no you didnt we were literally sitting right next to the entrance and never saw her come out. She claimed to have text me but I never received a text. She tried to brush it off and quickly said but we are ready for you. By now we are beyond starving and just didnt even want to be there let alone our moment in their pockets. I asked the hostess if they have received my confirmation for my reservation and she said yes. So that means they had the correct number they just forgot about us or just didnt care about losing business. Even if she claims to have sent a text a phone call would have worked as well. Clearly this place does not care about losing a customer. They are not professional and I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I never want my friends to have a bad experience like I did. There are plenty of better restaurants than this place who care about their customers.
