Placed an order through Freedom Industries website on 5/29/2025. According to company website in regards to shipping, all orders should ship 1-6 business days from date order is submitted, with certain holidays possibly adding an additional 1-6 days to that. Its been. 4 weeks since my order was placed and I have yet to receive any tracking or shipping info for my order. I have reached out to freedom industries multiple times asking for tracking info or refund via the only communication available (email and ********) I have received one reply from them on 6/16/25 stating my order would ship that week, still as of 6/28/25 nothing had changed with order status. At this point I would rather just get a full refund and be done with it.Business Response

Ordered shoe's on January 27th have still not received them. I have called I have sent emails I sent messages in messenger. They finally sent me an email showing a **** tracking number but when I track it all it says is that a tracking number has been created waiting on item, that was on June 2nd it is now June 25th. I purchased 4 sweatshirts back on November 18th of last year. After not hearing anything from the company for about a month I emailed them. I received no response. After another month or so I sent another email and then filed a dispute with BBB. I received an email back a couple days later asking if I would leave the order open they would give me store credit and my items would still be shipped shortly. It has now been 6 additional months with no response as to when the items are going to arrive. They are just trying to blow me off.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I did accept the gift card from Freedom Ind., only because when they offered it to me they said "they expected to have the hoodies shipped out shortly". That was now almost 7 months ago. Since then, they have made no attempt to keep me updated regarding a shipping date and have completely ignored my requests for a refund.

I placed an order may 25th. It has now been almost a month. No processing no tracking absolutely nothing. If you try to contact them no one picks up the phone, you only get robot emails back stating the same thing over and over , I did saying 8-10 business days well it's been a lot longer than that. This company steals from you and it's fraud I still have no tracking and no product. No response, I had to call my bank and report fraud. 5/6/2025 I ordered a pair of shoes/shorts and have not received my order nor any sort of communication from customer service, after sending multiple emails. This company takes your money and leaves you in the dark. Not sure why its so hard to keep your customer updated on whats happening. That is another lie I wasn't informed of anything it took me reaching out over and over to get the same response I was never informed of anything about a pre order I was told 8-10 business days after constantly reaching out over and over that 8-10 business days was weeks after the first 8-10 business days. I never received 182 I received 167 so another lie. This company is the absolute worst they lie and try to steal anyone who orders from them call your bank and report fraud or you will never get the product or money back.

I am rejecting this response because: Thank you, however this company has listed different tracking time frames. ***** in response to you and 6 business days in an email to me.. This seems to be part of their issues, says one thing then does something else. have not seen any tracking update since they said the number was generated and honestly will be surprised if I do.. thus why I have been asking for my money back., in fact the **** say only the number was generated and they are still awaiting the package. Which means nothing has shipped according to the postal service.

Placed an order for footwear on February 17 2025. As of May 27 2025 have not received the order nor a tracking number. All communication has been through either ******** messenger or email which most of what I get are the same canned responses. Placed 3 calls with voice messages left with no reply. I am rejecting this response because: Tracking label printed Monday June 2 at 8:15 pm. As of Thursday June 5th 8:00 am the shipment has not been shipped. I work in transportation logistics & am fully aware that a tracking label can be printed & then laid to the side to ****** a customers request. I will not be happy with this issue until the actual product ordered is in my possession. Their total lack of trustworthy communication makes it impossible to trust any of their actions until the package is in my possession.
