Return Policy
Accepts the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase (Daily Deals Excluded). Fulfillment mistakes that made resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days
from the date of purchase. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
Undeliverable Packages or Unclaimed Packages returned to business will be assessed a return shipping fee equal to the original shipping amount in addition to the original shipping charges to cover the fees assessed to MG Direct, LLC by USPS, UPS or FedEx for returning the package to us. If the customer requests the package to be re-shipped to them the original shipping charges must again be paid.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
In order to process any returns, customers are asked to send back the product (at your own cost) along with the following items:
