    I'm fairly sure these other reviews are more of a result of hate-motivated reviewing. My only issue with this company is that they won't give you a definitive time on when they will show up until the day of, which can make fitting it in your schedule hard. However, when they showed up they actually did above and beyond the repair.(monitor wouldn't turn on, they actually replaced most of it)Overall pretty happy with the service.

    This company was the worst experience. I called them at the suggestion of ******* to fix my TV for work that broke 34 days after I bought it. They gave me ticket number and said they would be coming to my house in ONE WEEK. I didn't want to wait that long, but figured I was screwed anyway. No one showed. Today, (8 days later) I saw an email from Service Quick saying that they "had attempted to reach me to set up an appointment." I already HAD an appointment! No one showed! So I called Service Quick's support agent and they said that the NEXT soonest one was ANOTHER week. I already WAITED a week. FIND SOMEONE ELSE, or DON'T BUY *******.

    Our experience with Service Quick to have our ******* microwave fixed has been absolutely horrendous. Right off the bat, we received an automated call the day before the service that someone would be calling to give us a time frame. That call never came. When I called to try to get a time frame, all of the representatives were busy and I was given the option to receive a call back. That call back never came. The morning of the service, I received a text saying the technician would call between 9-10 to give me a 2 hour window of his arrival. Instead I got a text from the technician at 8:47 saying he would be at my house between 9-11. The technicians arrived around 9:30, providing terrible customer **********************, raising his voice at me, and didn't even fix the issue. He told me there was nothing he could do because he didn't smell the electrical smell that my microwave was producing. After having to ask the technicians to leave my home several times as they stood in my doorway, I tried to get ahold of Service Quick. My call would be placed on hold, then dropped over and over again. I finally got through to someone, a representative named *******. She told me there was nothing she could do since the technician didn't find anything wrong and that my only option was to have more technicians come out. I asked to be transferred over to a supervisor so I could inform them of the technician's behavior and my unresolved issue. She told me she didn't have the authority to do that. I was told I would receive a call from a supervisor in ***** hours. Here we are a week later, that call never came. Save yourself a headache and NEVER buy a ******* product. These "technicians" and "representatives" have ZERO customer ********************** skills if you can even get ahold of someone in the first place. I am absolutely bewildered that a large corporation like ******* uses an absolute trash 3rd party company like this to dispatch technicians.

    Wish I could give 0 stars. I had a ******* dryer for 6 months and the belt went out. ******* has 1 year manufacture warranty and they sent service quick out to repair. It took about a week and dryer was fixed. A month later same issue, again ******* sent Service Quick out to repair. The tech came out said it was the belt and he would order the part. A week went by and he came to install the part and said that there was damage to the unit and the warranty was void. Nobody had touched the unit since he did and I have been fighting with them for two months and my dryer is still not fixed.

    If there was a rating below 1 I would select ******************* in all of their glory assigned this company to repair my tv. Mind you I paid $4,500 for the tv and I bought a 5 year warranty. It completely died after 6 months.Service Quick and I scheduled a day....that was 6 days from the date my tv died so they're not so "quick". It was a day that I arranged with my boss to work from home because they also dont give a time or even a morning/afternoon designation. Two days before the appointment they just decided to change the date and pull the appointment forward by 1 day, which was of course a day that i had to be in the office. I called them, and very NOT-friendly guy, who didn't care at all about customer feelings, no attempt to apologize for the sudden appointment change, had a terrible attitude and told me he would try to get the appointment scheduled BACK to the original date 1 day later. He also said that my house was far away and he didn't know if anyone would make that drive tomorrow. Lovely. The day came and around 3pm their reschedule service called and said i need to schedule a new day. I explained to this person how disappointing this was and this person shared the very uncaring, lackadaisical attitude as the other guy. It's obviously deeply engrained in that companies culture. Must be a miserable pace to ******************* should really audit the companies they use to do repairs. This company gives ******* a very bad name.

    I bought a brand new house with ******* appliances. After perhaps a dozen uses the dishwasher lost all power. Service quick is under contract to service ******* appliances. Service quick told me they couldn't come out to fix my dishwasher for more than a week. A well run company would have had someone out here within 48 hours. Stay away from ******* and any house that has ******* appliances.

    This company is absolutely horrible. If you are having a repair to a ******* product, tell them you want a different company. They use 3 different ones in the ********. If i could give a 0 rating i would. Like many others have stated the lady who answers the phone is very rude. 4 times I had an afternoon appointment and they call around 9:30am and saying they will be there in 20 minutes. 2 other times I had an afternoon appointment between 3-7pm. Both times they called after 7pm saying they would not be there til 10pm. I told them no you won't. Who does house calls at 10pm? One of the two times they actually showed up, the guy knew nothing about the TV. Didn't know what VRR was or Earc. Those are the 2 problems with my TV. The other time they actually showed up, the guy was late. He had to call the technical support number, but couldn't because they were closed since he showed up late. Complete waste of time. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I had an unfortunate experience with Service Quick while dealing with an issue with my ******* refrigerator. Our ice maker began freezing and stopped dispensing ice. Initially, ******* sent a ********** to replace the part under warranty. However, right after this replacement, the fridge started making a shaking sound.I contacted ******* and, after approximately five phone calls and two hours of my time, they sent out a ********** from Service Quick. This ********** informed me that the compressor needed to be replaced, and the cost would be around $600, plus labor fees. Despite my insistence that this issue began after the ice maker was replaced, he insisted the two problems were unrelated.Determined to resolve the issue, I contacted ******* again, explaining that the issues started after the ice maker replacement. They sent out a second ********** from Service Quick, who, contrary to what I was told, refused to replace the parts under the 90-day warranty. Instead, he insisted that I needed to pay for the compressor and then left. To my surprise, he also wrote a report claiming that I was confrontational, which was completely untrue.After more than 20 phone calls and over four hours of being passed back and forth between ******* and Service Quick, they finally made a ticket for a ********** to come back and replace the ice maker parts that were initially replaced. This issue made it clear that Service Quick was trying to upcharge me instead of solving the actual problem.Finally, after the parts were replaced under warranty, the shaking sound stopped. The whole experience has left me convinced that Service Quick was trying to take advantage of customers without properly addressing the defect they were already aware of.Service Quick's lack of accountability and poor customer support throughout this ordeal has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

    I got a message on the morning of the date of my scheduled repair that my part was on back order and they will have to reschedule. The next day they send a message that my ticket is closed because they could not contact me. That is a lie! No one tried to contact me other than to cancel the appointment. POOR customer **********************!!! They do not deserve even 1 star!
