1 starI wish I could leave zero stars. This companies products are complete trash. I received one of their dash cams as a gift. As soon as it got cold outside it failed. They replaced the device which worked for a short time and failed again. They sent a replacement memory card which worked your a VERY short time and failed. Their response was to offer a voucher to buy more of their junk. Why would I want more substandard junk?Do not buy this complete garbage.Rexing USA Inc

What complete nonsense. The trash you provided never worked for 18 consecutive months. I'm sure you couldn't locate the previous information, very convenient. To offer a voucher for more of your product when the first TWO failed so miserably is just insulting. Your product is garbage and you are obviously aware of that and don't care. Your response here is just as insulting. Own up to the REPEATED failure of the junk you provided. I have wasted enough time on your complete failure of product and "service" and have purchased a product that has been listed by several consumer reporting agencies, none of which lists your devices at all.Rexing USA Inc

2 starsToday, I sent an email to Rexing regrading an M2 Rearview Dash Cam that is no longer functioning. I sent them the information they requested and have yet to receive a response. All I am requesting is for the device to be repaired or replaced. The individual I spoke with via email has not provided a reasonable solution within an acceptable time frame via email. In addition, there is no one available to pick up my call. My request # is ******. I would advise in the future not to deal with Rexing as their business is not at all as responsive and timely to address customer issues.Rexing USA Inc

2 starsToday I sent Rexing about the 4 channel R4 dash cam. I want to share about the device I currently own, also with 4 channels from Hupejos. They sell on Amazon for nearly $130 or $200 for a pair of 4 channels. But the feature is too weak and always turns off or freezes, unable to capture scenes that need evidence for the police to see. Previously, I also bought from Rexing at bestbuy but then had to return it immediately because I could not connect to the application, every time I connected, the device turned off. On the Rexing Dashcam application, I need simple privacy without too much hardware, I looked it up. Through the application there are too many videos and images shared by different drivers, so the application is very heavy, the mutual image sharing feature needs to be removed, when connecting to the Dash cam it must work well. 100% no errors or other problems. If a machine sells for nearly $249 with tax and shipping, but it keeps breaking, I advise Rexing to focus on technical issues and eliminate sharing images that are too cumbersome and eye-catching, have to be used for more than 2 years to break. , I don't want to say unpleasant things and for security reasons, the evidence is more important to show to the police every time I need to see it. If they don't see it and suspect it, I feel unjust. A group of homeless people destroyed my car and I called ************************* and took my insurance information and driver's license, I didn't do anything wrong, they didn't arrest the other person but suspected me of this and that, product of Hupejos I felt like it was a waste of money not to see the pictures right awayRexing USA Inc

1 starZero stars. ZERO. I bought a V3 dual camera March 4th, 2023. I received it pretty quickly. When i went to turn it on for the first time it did not turn on past the logo screen. I emailed, tried the firmware update, nothing helped. So, I sent that one back the day after getting it and got another one sent to me. March 25th, I got the 2nd camera. That had the same issue. Ended up just asking for a refund and sending everything back- I got a power cord and suction cup too. Everything was sent back March 28th. Rexing is claiming they refunded me on March 31st, but no refund exists in my account. I called them and spoke with multiple people. Ended up disputing with my bank for the full amount, not the minus $30 they were going to do. A Rexing employee actually told me to dispute the charge. That was April 25th. Here I am now June 5th, still fighting for my money over a product that 1) Didn't work over 2 cameras, and 2) I no longer have. Do not, and i repeat, do not do business with this company. I have 30 pages of emails back and forth saying how none of the product worked, but they claim I got it in working order. I was waiting for my money to be mine before the review, but this is taking too **** long.Rexing USA Inc

1 starI purchase a V33 dash cam from Best Buy in November 19, 2022 and it quit working after 4 months. I contacted ********************* at customer service who gave me 1 troubleshooting technique to try each day for 5 days. After all of this run around she told me to return the device and they would ship a new one when they received it. After two weeks went by I called to see where my device is and she said she would ship out that day. I then received a notice that the new camera was delivered except it went to the correct street but the wrong state. I contact the agent again and she said I didn't provide the full address and she googled the street address and found one in **********??? I then replied showing the agent the my full name and address on the email I sent originally. I have now been ghosted by this agent and no one will answer the phone at this company for that last week. You have my broken camera and I have nothing from this company! Stay away!Rexing USA Inc
