    This company has the worst customer service on the web, not kidding, they NEVER respond. The only thing you can do is place an order on their site, if it works, because it doesnt always, maybe half the time, then wait for your order to arrive, If you have ANY questions, concerns, want to change or cancel order, anything literally, they NEVER respond back. They constantly run out of items, which is no surprise judging by how terrible they run the company. They have no phone number support, no email mail support, no live chat support and only a message system whereby you leave name, phone number and email address, and a message and no one calls or emails back. They must walk to the business next door to use the phone to call you because they have no phone number listed online; oh wait, what am I saying, they dont ever call back, so they dont need a phone. They have a shipping system if you spent a certain amount, they waive the $15 shipping fee. I placed an order, they waived the fee, then an hour later when I wanted to add to the order they have no assistance on how to do that. So I had to just place a whole new order and I was charged for shipping on the new order. That was ridiculous since I could have just cancelled the whole order, split it up and made 2 orders and both would not have had a shipping fee attached. NOTHING they do ever makes any sense?! If you cant find an item anywhere else in the world and want to give them a try, that would be the ONLY way I would ever use them again. But if its an item you can order from any other Asian site, do NOT use JAF. They also deliver food item orders right to your door, no one knocks or rings bell. Ive had food sitting out there all day until I just happen to walk outside. Once again, nothing they do makes any sense.
