    Three years ago in 2021 my wife and I bought a shade for our master bedroom. We ordered the shade and picked it up. We paid cash for the shade upon pick up. Now 3 years later we get a call from them claiming that we never paid for the shade when we picked it up. We assured the individual that we paid for the shade upon pick up and they ask us for proof of payment. Now there is no way I am keeping a receipt for something I bought 3 years ago especially for a product that has no mechanical parts and just hangs on a window. So 3 weeks later we get sent to collection. There is no way that we walked out without paying and if we did then you should have called the police. Seems as though the problem is in your company internally. DO BETTER!!!!

    I had plantation shutters installed in my house about 15 months ago by Blinds to Go. Everything went well we were placed on a payment plan which we paid off a few months ago We were told at the time that if any shutter should break for the life of shutter that it would be replaced free. During the time that we were paying off the shutters one of them broke and they came immediately to replace it. Recently another one broke I was able to email with a rep who sent an installer to see the shutter I was told it would be replaced for free but it was never ordered I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls with no answer and I dont know what to do at this point to get this resolved.

    I ordered motorized blinds 4/20/22. Order number ******. The blinds arrived but the remotes do not work properly, very erratic. When you press the button on the remote the blinds go where they want to go, not where there suppose to go. I called Rollease Acmeda ******************************* who is the company that makes the remotes. I was told there is a replacement (update) remote that corrects the problems I described but I would need to get it from Blinds to go. Blinds to Go refuses to do anything for me. I email ***** at *********************************** and ****** at ********************************** with no response. Other problems were missing parts to hold garage window blind in place and wand tilters on wrong side. I paid $4,600 for items that do not work. Please help me get motorized blinds that work properly. Thank you for any assistance you can offer, Le *************************
