Auto Headquarters Inc  response is as follows.

First off I want to thank you for your business.  We have been here for 22 years and do not sell cars that are not checked over.  I have to say that some mechanics that people bring cars to for service are not always honest and try to make money on every customer that is walking into their facility.  Second of all I don't understand why you did not give me the opportunity to look at the car before you paid a mechanic?   I know for over 20 years that when a wheel bearing goes bad it will scream down the road, that is how we know to replace them.  Control arms when they go bad will make a clunking noise when going over bumps and that is how we know to change them.  Next your rear shocks when going bad, the car will float like a boat when driving.  All these problems you listed did not display any of these symptoms.  I drove it and you drove the car on a test drive and nothing was noted or mentioned by you at that time.  Lastly the subframe bolts if they were stripped and loose like your mechanic states, there also would have been a clunking underneath the vehicle.  If the vehicle experienced any of these issues it would have been brought up by you before purchasing this car.  I do not know which mechanic you used but I have got to trust myself who has been fixing and selling cars for 22 years and is an honest business man.  I do not feel that I should be the one not trusted and that your mechanic is the one to be trusted.  If you would have brought the car here first before you committed to repairing these items at your mechanic I would of shown you that he was just trying to make money on you and for those reasons there will be no compensation.

    Thank you,
