    For the 2-year between 12/1/2021 and 11/30/2023, I resided in *** #* at **** ******* ****** **** in the ******* ***s in *******, **. I was required to pay and did pay a $300 rental deposit. I paid all of my rent and other charges each month. On 10/1/2023, I sent a 60-day notice to inform Capstone of my intent to move out. On the morning of 11/30/2023, I conducted a formal walk-thru with a rental agent named Elizabeth after I cleaned the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit and took photos. Elizabeth indicated she was impressed with the very good condition I had left the apartment, so it was very quickly re-rented to another tenant. The State of ********* has a law, which indicates upon moving out of the apartment and returning the keys, as I had done, I am entitled to receive a return of my $300 deposit within 30 days on or around 12/30/2023. I didn't receive my $300 deposit by that date, so on 01/29/2024, I sent a certified letter to the corporate address. To date, I have not either heard from Capstone or received my deposit. Any assistance you can provide me in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

    The apts they Manage **************** Apts. ********************************************************** Gate only opens for the Residents with a key card. We can not view the Directory to call the Residence to get our Family to buzz us in the Gate. The Office will not open the gate until someone can come fix it. I have sent a email to Capstone informing them of this matter.
