            On March 20 of 2021 I ordered a pastel egg and wildflowers wreath for $87.44 and my order number is this ***************** which I ordered and $87.44 was charged to my credit card. I ordered this wreath through ****** and bought the wreath from the Lijo Decor company. My order shows that the wreath was supposed to be delivered somewhere between April 7 and April 14 but I never received this wreath. I tried calling the Lijo Decor company twice and I got hung up on both times. I tried to tell a customer service representatives that the Lijo Decor company never sent me a tracking number and that I had no way to track the wreath or where it went or if it was even ever shipped out and that is when the customer service representative hung up on me. I called back and again I got disconnected a second time. It it obvious that I will never get this wreath and I am asking for a full refund in the amount of $87.44 that they charged me for something that I never got

            I ordered these items I was told they were damaged charged my credit card told me they are waiting for a shipment from transpac can't give me a positive date run around after run around I either want my money back or my order unprofessional business practices take my money but no items for my available
