    I had an absolutely terrible experience with Lijo Decor. I received damaged goods worth over $200, and when I tried to get a refund, they completely ignored my request. Not only were they unhelpful, but the customer service was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was treated like I didnt matter at all, which is completely unacceptable for any business. I will be sharing my horrible experience all over the internet so others can avoid the same frustration. After looking up reviews, its no surprise that many others had the same awful experience with them. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Lijo Decor!

    As per our communication with this customer, we explained since the return arrived to us damaged the customer was not eligible for a refund since it was not expecting damaged. The return reason was better price available. We provided the customers photos for reference and informed the customer they can contact ****** directly since the return label was provided from them. Our hands are completely tied. We were professional with all of our emails and contacts. We understand why the customer is upset but we did nothing wrong here. This is why we stand with our decision. Thank you!

    That is just completely not true! I spoke with Amazon countless times and they said your business was not ring fair but there was nothing you can do.

    I can prove that it was not the case at all! They need to take accountability for just being unfair. Look at the other comments on this website! Seems like a reoccurring problem.

    I ordered these items I was told they were damaged charged my credit card told me they are waiting for a shipment from transpac can't give me a positive date run around after run around I either want my money back or my order unprofessional business practices take my money but no items for my available
