If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the items you have received, you can return them to the business. Items must be in their unused, original condition.
If your order arrived damaged, they must be notified within 7 days of delivery and receive a photo of the damaged item.
For a full refund to your method of payment the return must be initiated within 14 days of placing the order. Returns initiated between 14 and 30 days will be given a store credit. They cannot accept returns after 30 days.They are unable refund shipping costs. Similarly, they are unable to cover the cost of the return shipping.
