On 06-02-2023 I ordered a package of -2- replacement locking pins for my hand truck. When I received my order, it was obvious the pins were not the correct ones. When I attempted to get a refund, I was given the run around. They insisted that the right ones were sent. They refused to give me a refund. I tried to speak with a supervisor. The person who came back to the phone was was the same person that took my order originally pretending to be the supervisor. I was told the only thing I could do was to send said parts back with 2 fee's deducted from my total cost. The fee's would total approximately half of the total cost with the shipping included. I told them that was not acceptable. I am not responsible for them sending something that I can't use. I'm at my wit's end trying to get a refund. After receiving my order, I found other complaints online. Evidently I'm not the first one to experience problems with this company. I'm just trying to get what is rightfully owed to me.
