    "My name is ******* **********, I was talked into placing my funds with this company And I've had nothing but lies or I should say Not complete information My family home has been sold and my share of the money was to buy me a home and a vehicle I went and purchased or tried to purchase a camper trailer And was told that a check would be sent To pay for the camper that was 2 weeks ago ******************* still hasn't received the check I reached out to my contact person **** who sent me a gibberish text message which look like a copy of a text message about the funds that were allocated and it didn't tell me when the checks went out it didn't tell me if it went out express and now **** is not answering my calls Neither is the bookkeeper **** And the attitude we're both getting is absolutely unacceptable I want my money I want the things I paid for I want to stop paying for a hotel room Why is it taking so long for my money to pay for things That I need This sounds like a scam company And they take advantage of disabled people That is the main problem I truly believe they take advantage For their own benefits even when I call customer service I can't speak to another supervisor I am told that their policy is they will send a message to someone else and they would call me back why should I have to wait to complain or find information why should any individual have to sit around and wait for somebody else To tell them about Their money This is unacceptable and please look into this complaint and let me know what the outcome is somebody has to speak to these people They are holding disabled people's lives in their hand specially They are holding disabled people's lives in their hand especially psychologically challenged people,." ...
