    2:30 in the morning they processed an unauthorized card from a previously closed account for nearly $3000 The account had been closed for over 4 months. Email confirmations for the closure of the account were sent to accounts receivable and noone from ********* or Sellercloud answered any phone calls.

    Prior to this they charged 1 months billing twice and took an entire day of calls and emails to resolve.

    When the account was submitted to be closed in full they took nearly 1 week to process the closure of the account so that they could process 1 last billing cycle.

    From the onset we were promised a multichannel solution that could manage both inventory in our warehouse an our inventory levels in multiple ecommerce sites. We spent months working with the internal team (Mary, Dina, Moshe, etc) to correct their sales and profit and loss calculations (which was never resolved). On multiple occasions sellercloud spiked the inventory levels on our ecommerce storefronts that led to account deactivations and appeals.
