I had new roof installed by this business less than an year ago. During recent rains (early October) I noticed water entering from 3 different places. On pointing it out to ***** (owner, email attached), initially there was lot of push back that its not their issue. Finally after much follow-up, they acknowledged one of the leaks as something missed during install. While they agreed to repaint the ceiling damage, they are not agreeing to damages to contents inside the room caused by leak.Additionally for the other 2 leaks, they are saying its not their issue even though water is entering from the cutouts which should have been covered and sealed during the new roof installation. Owner asks me for videos to show drops of water entering which are very difficult to capture due to dark attic and small continuous drops of water do not show up easily on phone cameras. I did show the puddle of water accumulated during the rains. I also offered to provide long water hose to reproduce the issue but all the efforts have been in vain. All was good till I got the roof but after that its a nightmare.
