Designers at the store are very inexperienced and make many mistakes. I would recommend not going to the store to avoid major headaches and a possible stroke.Countertops that were ordered for the wrong size and shouldve been caught by the designer before sending to the counter top producer.Do your homework and find a cabinet designer that is at least above a 4.6 or you will regret it. Ive been at this for four months and it shouldve been completed already.Good luck and do your homework.Initial Complaint

We bought roughly 14 doors from Home surplus. They said they could not fulfill the order for 2 doors & will refund us for the amount.5 months down the line and may be **** phone calls- I still hear from their employee same statement every time, "I am sorry, not sure why the refund is not going to you, i will talk to my manager about this"They never call back despite particularly requesting to to follow-up on the issue & let us know so that we dont have to call them back every time & keep following on same issue.Alas! nothing changed. I am frustrated fighting for my money for 5 months rememebring this amongst other responsibilities & with extremely poor customer service for Refunds :(Initial Complaint

I have placed an order to a front door for the house to home surplus located on Keyport on April 8th 2021 I didnt receive the door till June during that time I have received the wrong door till the fixed the order. When I received the correct door I had installed by a professional he found the door was damaged between the frame and the door itself which impossible to see till you open the door, I immediately contacted the home surplus. I spoke to **** the manager he said I will replace the door for you and install it for a free of charge I am waiting till now, I called up few times but their excuse that the shipment was delayed for the door which 8 months later they still have the same excuse and now they are telling me that they not responsible for the labor, I tried to speak to **** the manager but he for some reason havent call me back. I spoke the a professional ********* and he said the structure of the door is damaged and need to be replacedBusiness response

We have a contractor going to the customers home to re-install their door.
