    Regency management agency hired Reino paving to re pave the parking lot in *********. The parking lot was repaved in July but ***** sent the wrong floorplan to Reino causing them to spray the incorrect numbers on the parking spots. I called ***** who always has an attitude and was told they were going to fix the numbers. Reino paving came back and put the wrong numbers again on the spots. This is causing chaos in the community. We pay $350 dollars a month for an *** ****. These types of mistakes cost money. Now Reino paving will have to come out again to fix the parking spaces at the expense of the homeowners. We need our original numbers back to where they were before the paving. The cost to fix these errors should not fall back on the taxpaying homeowners.

    This office represents ************************************* please accept this email in response to your correspondence of September 18, 2025. The complaint in your letter states: Regency management agency hired Reino paving to re pave the parking lot in *********.     Regency does not hire the contractor, the contractor is hired by the *********************************** Board. The letter expressed the complainants concerns regarding the parking space re-numbering. You should be advised that there has been no formal assignment of parking spaces at the Association.   Unit Owners were provided, many years ago, with numbers that were used as a guide only for where they were to park.  For many years, this has worked and there have been no problems associated with this process.  The Property Manager has advised me that there have been emails to unit owners previously reminding them of the parking space numbering process. 

    Additionally, The Town advised the Board that a number of handicapped parking spaces needed to be added/moved within the community. That move necessitated wider parking stalls for those handicapped spaces which thereby affected the location of many parking spaces in the community.  This was necessitated by the Townships request and was not based on the Boards initiative; this is just the way the process played out.  The Property Manager also sent out the email blast shown below, explaining the process and requesting for the unit owners cooperation.

    No arrangements have been made for the contractor to return to re-number the spots, it is the Association Boards current position to not move any parking spots within the community.

    Manager Email message below:

    Please be advised that the spots are being re-numbered, you will NOT have the same numbered location that you used, we had adjusted   some spots for handicap use to keep the marked spots or eliminate all marked spots.  The company is on site now that the pavement had dried up, please move your car if it is parked near the buildings

    Please respect each other and your neighbors and ONLY park in the spot with your number,
