    Managing spaces is a building management company. This company has employees brokers that at lying about the history of apartments. Has buildings that are failing to meet inspection standards. The buildings I recently moved into is posting outdated extermination notices when it is legally required to post current extermination logs. The current log was taken down and not updated. I moved into address *** *** ****** in Jersey city in late December. The unit was promised to be deep cleaned and windows replaced upon payment and before lease start. That did not happen. For 4 total days the water was turned off during Christmas and no compensation was given to residents. My floor is collapsing and the property manager Ron has acknowledged it but refused to fix it. Multiple extermination requests have been input and the problem is still consistent. The broker has lied and omitted information about past flooding in the apartment which lead to the previous tenant leaving, after we both signed paperwork indicating that this unit has never been flooded. Now the company ignores complaints and do not assist in relocating to other buildings within the network or refunding the broker fee. I must pay an additional broker fee to enter a new building in the same network. Thousands of dollars was invested into making this move and it was based on lies and illegal activity in the building.
