    I had booked my flight through crystal travel with no problems. When I went on the *********** website later to pick my seats, I was attempting an upgrade but though everything went well on the website, when I attempted to pay with my credit card, payment would not go through with multiple credit cards. I attempted it again through the American call center with Turkish Air, and again there was no problem until the payment, which again would not go through. The call center had no answer for the problem. **************** refers you to their feedback form, which I completed with all forms and information. I only received back a generic message to check with my credit card company or bank to resolve the issue. I did, and found nothing was wrong on my side.Crystal Travel attempted to book the upgrade and the payment again would not go through for them, though it was the same credit card that I had used to pay for the tickets.Crystal Travel then was able, at great time and effort to book the seats with me paying the fee to them. It was close to a Herculean task, which I hope never to have to go through again. I am very grateful to Crystal Travel for going the extra mile to help me accomplish this.

    I would love to share my experience with Mr. **** *** who is so patient with me during the whole conversation on the phone.After booking my flight with ****, I couldnt confirm my flight with China Southern airline online. Then out from the blue **** called me regarding my issue with ***********************. He offered to help me online and went through every step on our phone conversation. It lasted almost an hour on the phone and finally I can see my booking on China Southern airline online. Mr. *** was so patient and very helpful in every step to guide me online. Once again his wonderful service should not be overlooked. Im sure he would be appreciated by all his customers.

    **** from Crystal Travel is such a professional agent. He was always very responsive and respectful. When my original flight was cancelled and we were put on a flight one day earlier (which would have completely messed up my vacation schedules and the nonrefundable bookings I made), he calmed me down and made the switch of my flight with the most desirable outcome. I cannot thank him enough. I will definitely book my future long haul vacation through him as I know I will be well taken care of.

    I recently booked two tickets from west coast/*** to ********. ******* provided clear, comprehensive information, offering several options and going over the pros/cons of each. He enunciated clearly (my hearing is not the best) and cheerfully repeated information.He went an extra step and sent my photos from the airline website so I could see the seat configuration when I was selecting seats. VERY useful
