*** of ********** - On February 15th, I took my car in for service. I had an appointment at 9:15am and didn't leave until 12pm. It was for an oil change and vehicle check. ******* was the service ********** car is under warranty, so I inquired about a couple of issues to confirm if they were covered. *******, took photos and assured me she would send them to the warranty department for confirmation. She also promised to follow up with me regarding the outcome. She never did.I called and messaged ******* multiple times, no response, no follow up. I spoke with ***** a advisor in sales, and I left the service manager a voicemail. ***** assured me he would speak with the Service Manager. Eventually, I spoke to another service advisor. ***** took over and reassured me that he would handle it. He asked me to send him photos, which I did. He then promised to submit them to the warranty department and update me. I never heard back from him either.Frustrated, I was finally connected with the service manageronly to find out that he had no idea about any of this nor the voice mail I left him. He requested that I send him the photos directly, which I did. I followed up via email, and once again... nothing.I have been chasing this issue since February 15th. Today is March 31st, and I STILL have not received a single response. This dealerships service department is an absolute disaster!I have called four times and sent five emails, and they have ignored every single one. This level of incompetence and disregard for customers is unacceptable!

Took my vehicle to *****************. They were supposed to do oil change, check camera, and wind noise. **** has a *** for the wind noise. The 360 view cameras were intermittently working. I dropped it off to do errands because I thought it would take 1/2 day. This was on Wednesday morning. At 4:30 they said they ordered parts that would be there Thursday morning and would be ready be lunch. When I checked back they had to order another part be there Friday morning be ready by lunch Friday. Was not done Friday. Saturday they called a said its ready but could not pick up because of parts pice discrepancy with warranty company and I can pick up Monday. I was expecting not to have my car for one day,but for them to keep it 6 days is unacceptable.

Service is very sub par compared to *******************. If I had known the dealership was being " under new ownership" just two weeks after buying my car I would have went elsewhere.

I brought my Genesis **** for a scheduled maintenance appointment and was greeted by a rude gentleman explaining that I am lucky that they are willing to work on my car because in the next 3 days they will no longer service ******** Then I was met with the most incompetent mechanic I have ever met. ******. ****** and ***** worked on my car and they were both clueless on what to do. Asking me what is it that I need completed. I pay for **************** and I just needed an oil change, regular scheduled maintenance. Whatever was due. Well, they tried to do an update and ruined my car to the point where it wont turn on. Its now been to 3 different Hyundais that service ******** and none have given me a loaner. No eta on parts and I was assigned the worst possible case manager *********, who after reading my entire email and complaint with bullet points and dates, still was confused & treating me as if she cant understand why I had a problem. THIS IS NOT A LUXURY BRAND! They still operate at a very low customer service level.

I responded to their advertising and inquired about a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe listed for $13,995, I also submitted via their website a financial application, having marginal to poor credit score. I was told by **** (no last name provided or business card when I visited). Furthermore, I was subsequently told that the car was in the shop for inspection, etc. and would be out shortly. I received a text from **** that the car was out and I was approved for financing up to $18K. I drove (92 miles) from CT to ** to see and buy the vehicle this morning. I received a text while leaving from **** that he would not be there but to see ****, his mgr. Arriving I asked for **** (no last name given), **** said **** would arrive shortly, I waited. **** arrives, and I test drive the car, then **** had to check with Mena re financing. While waiting, I check my email and found that hard searches were or had just now been made by six (6 banks), this after my initial application for financing about ten days ago. Finally, **** appears and informs me that financing was approved to the new asking price of the car, an increase of $3500. With a total financing of $17995, and increase of $4000, with a monthly payment of $595 for 60 months. Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware), an almost perfect bait and switch. The dealership look cheap and not professional. Definitely would not recommend buying a car from this dealer.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the horrible customer service at **********************. The ****************** Manager is callous and rude. On 12/02/2022, I had my car towed to Hudson Hyundai because It was unresponsive and would not start. I encountered ******************************* who failed to greet me with a friendly salutation yet proceeded to tell me about how they have several cars to service and that my car would not be seen. I requested that I receive a call when the multi-point inspection had been completed and took an Uber home. I was later told that my 2020 Ioniq EVs battery needs replacing. Effective, 12/09/2022 I would have been without a car for a week with no ETA of return. No one has taken the time to reach out, follow-up or offer a rental in lieu of me being car-less under the circumstances. I should not have to pay a note on a car that I do not know if I will drive again.I have been doing business with Hyundai since 2020, and due to my encounters with the service department at this location, I WILL NOT purchase or lease another Hyundai going forward. If the advisors and manager(s) of the service department do not value every customer, that is indicative of the overall standard and I am not interested.

I have had two negative experiences with service at Hudson Subaru in ***********, **. Recently, I brought in my 2011 Outback because of a rattling noise in the undercarriage; also asking them to check the car battery. They fixed these; but they also brought out a long list of other things that were "wrong" with the car: brakes, belts, timing belt, water pump, light bulb replacement, etc. I declined all the extra work except the lights, which would have inflated my bill from $835 to over $5,500! A day later, while driving the car, I noticed a new noise while steering that did not exist before I brought the car in for service. They refused to take any responsibility for the new problem. In 2019, I had brought the same car into Hudson Subaru for a recall service. At that time, they also showed me a long list of items they claimed needed to be done. I refused their suggested services. The day after, I took the car to my independent local mechanic, who looked at their list, and told me I did not need any of the services Hudson Subaru wanted to perform - saving me several thousand dollars! And I had no problems with the car after that - taking it on an ***** mile road trip a month later. The only reason I went back to Hudson Subaru recently is because my mechanic did not want to **** for the rattle in the undercarriage. I'm convinced Hudson Subaru is engaged in at least misleading business practices, if not worse. I will try never to go to them again for service. Sincerely,*****************************
