    We had problems from the beginning but when the truck left from Staten Island New York to come to ********* Florida, the balance on my account was $2,125. When the truck arrived they said the balance was 3,691. They said $2,891 plus an $800 shuttle fee because they said a semi tractor trailer connecting in our community which is not true cause DOT said they are allowed. Upon delivery we are missing a $500 computer desk and a $1,500 TV stand. When I called and told Shakira the proprietor of the business response was I don't give a s***. I was flabbergasted. I'm looking for a refund of $1,566 plus $500 for the computer desk and $1,500 for the TV stand. Thank you for taking your time to review this and I hope that you can solve my situation

    Called mover for household transfer from ** to **. Movers showed up, took half my belongings in the truck and then told me I had to pay $4053 more dollars because the truck was full. Then they still couldnt take the rest. My father and I flew down to meet them, and they never showed up. After calling ******* (the supposed owner) several times and being hung up on me. I had to rent a U-haul to take belongings and my mom had to drive my dads camper which cost $500 in gas and she got into an accident on the way.Finally two weeks later, they showed up. They started bringing the items in, said they would put them on the 1st floor and bring up the furniture to the 2nd floor after. My mom and kids were here trying to put a few things away and the ******** (the ring leader) told my mom that they had driven all night and just needed to head out and get some food at some point. My mom asked what to do about the obviously destroyed items and he said to call the dispatcher and she would advise us. My mom went upstairs to change the 3 year old and help her go to the bathroom. When she came downstairs, they were gone. I called the owner and told her that they left. She said at least you got your stuff then she told me that they didnt want the kids to get hurt. They NEVER said anything to my mom if we were in the way. Nearly everything is SOAKING WET and BROKEN.
