      I signed up on April 7th 2025. My medication didnt ship until April 14th. They also did not charge me the introductory price. I had to fight that and they gave me a credit on my next order bc I had screenshotted my original order with the code FORBES100. (****** should really evaluate calling this business the best) Here we are July 9th and I ordered my refill on July 1st and still has not shipped. I am due to take my next shot tomorrow and no medication. They dropped boothwyn pharmacy who they sent my script to but forgot to transfer it when they cut ties so now I will be a full week behind. They have no communication to their patients and just want your money. Buyer beware and check other options before going thru Remedy Meds as they used a c*** pharmacy so Im sure my meds werent even what they said they were. Sending my bottle to an independent lab to have it tested to see if its really what the label says. Very frustrated with this entire company.

      Its not the first time this has happened. Its the 3rd time Ive had to call to get this escalated. It is hard to be consistent when they lack proper communication or consistency in delivering a product they promised do play my calls as the person on the phone made me a promise which was not kept. Absolutely unprofessional company for being Forbes best.

      Requested refill, they had me pay 4 days early to receive medication before missing a dose. I was to receive between 6/30 and 7/3. Never received tracking number. I have called 7x, different customer service...all tell me its processing, they are sorry but they are escalating it to get it resolved immediately. Going on 7/8 and pharmacy emails me they have no prescription for me. I call back, get supervisor **** in billing who guaranteed a solution and would email...guess what no email. I cancelled my subscription but that was after medicine was sent to the pharmacy and paid for. They have my money, they have my medication and NO ONE will fix this. I can't get 1 person to follow through, they all say processing but I believe there was never a prescription sent to the pharmacy. I'm now due to miss my 2nd shot. How is this legal or right??? I want my medication shipped immediately overnight and then part ways. Give me what I paid for 14 days ago!!! And stop lying to patients, stop the run around, HELP WHEN NEEDED and do what you say you will do!!

      I joined a weight loss plan with Remedy Meds in October of 2024. I received my 1st dose(s) of injectable Triazodole in November but was charged the monthly fee of $399 for October and November. I requested my monthly refill prior to a 16-day cruise in December (3rd-19th) but was refused because it was early. I received medication Nov. 2024, Jan. 2025, and April 2025. I have been charged a monthly fee of $399 for every month starting Oct. 2024 thru July 2025. I have received 2 refunds in response to my complaints but as you can see I've been charged for a total of 10 months but received my monthly medications on only 3 occasions. I requested refunds for 2 months medication on 3 separate occasions and received a single months refund on only 2 occasions. Aside from all the missed medications I feel this entire program, for me, has been so riddled with inconsistencies that have been compromised of any benefits whatsoever. I have experienced a total loss of 6lbs over the 10 months of my membership and attribute the loss more to my own perseverance than any help from medication.I am hopeful of success if I can maintain monthly meds from this program but feel the past 10 months should be refunded me so I can start anew.

      Ordered a prescription from this compounding pharmacy. Wrong dose/concentration was filled. I was charged $298 for the incorrect prescription. I reached out to the business and was sent on to a prescriber who corrected the prescription. They sent the corrected prescription but charged an additional $398 for the corrected prescription. I requested a refund and have received nothing but silence.

      RemedyMeds charged $299 for a monthly medication but has not fulfilled its obligation of providing the medication. I have called and escalated this matter since 6/11/25 and keep being told to be patient as it will take 5-7 business days to receive my merchandise. Today I spoke with supervisor *******, and again was told that it was escalated and they are working on it, but there is nothing that she can do to get me the medication that I paid for. After an hour and 8 minutes on the phone attempting to get the medication, I paid for, ******* **** up on me without providing resolution or a tracking number.

      I am rejecting this response because they are NOT shipping the merchandise that I paid for.  They keep saying that they are working on it, but nothing happens!

      They have told me for over two weeks now that it is being shipped, and that a tracking number will be sent.  But there is no tracking and no shipment.

      I ordered some medication that never was mailed to me. I have tried to get the refund for over a month. they refuse to give me the refund. the date in question is 4/29. I have emails from them.

      I ordered Remedy Meds twice. I couldn’t order anymore as I had an allergic reaction around the injection site. I kept getting texts and emails that it was time to order. I sent them an email on 5/2 staring I wasn’t going to order anymore. They stopped notifying me. However I have 2 charges on my card for May 12 and & June 6. I haven’t received product nor did I call them to refill. Their response was it’s now a subscription fee. I’ve emailed them and they say I’m not technically cancelled. This is just a scam.

      I tried numerous times to stick needle into vile only to have needle break. I am a RN so I know how to use needles and anything incorporated with them. I will send back vile, and all needles except 2 the 2 needles that BROKE when trying to insert into vile.

      Got no response regarding their money-back guarantee even though I wasnt going to be able to lose 10% of my weight as they guaranteed. I tried it and it didnt work. Would not like to continue further services with *********.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      none of the technicalities was explained when I asked previously, only now its being shared as if their intention wasnt to hide to new customers how impossibly difficult it would be to be protected by a refund if the products weight-loss guarantee doesnt work. Looks like yet another  misleading marketing strategy to rope in more people at any cost and thats unfortunate. In addition, based on the effectiveness of the product thus far, 10% off the original weight isnt remotely possible. No kidding people wouldn't stick around to keep paying $399 month after month when it doesnt work as guaranteed in their marketing, not to mention this lack of results with the product is with daily multi-hour workouts and diet changes being implemented. At the end, the lost money, which i find to be substantial, wasnt worth the inadequate lost weight with the product.

      I dont know where 2 month guarantee came from when its been over 3 months. Yes, it hasnt been 4 months but all it takes is ordering one more shipment, which would not help the situation anyways. To order a fourth shipment just to prove the guarantee didnt work and wasnt explained when asked seems like a waste of time/resources. But is this whats being recommended? Other than that, it looks like this is the end and theres no genuine care about this.

      This meds are not real . The mixture from semi gluten and the L-carnitino meds mixed are false together . One medicine goes injected in the muscle and the other medicine is to be injected in the fat. After having this medicine, checked out by another medical provider at ****** ****** clinic and Vally Meds, they said that these medicines are not to be put together. Theyre not sending ***********. If you take these injections and youve been on some drug test before you will notice that they do not work the same you do not lose the weight the same. They are charging people for medicines that are not whats in the bottle. If you do order from here, have another medical provider check the bottle before you injected one bottle when injecting burning severely sometimes they would chargeyou and wouldnt even send the bottle and sometimes they would send a mix bottle. You never know what medicines you were going to receive from this place if you received anything.
