REPRESENTATIVE THEN EMAILED ME STATING THAT HER MANAGER SAID IT WAS MY “WRONG DOMAIN” AKA MY FAULT BUT THEY SAID THEY HAVE NOTES WHERE I CONTACTED MONTHS PRIOR TO CANCEL ALL UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ASAP.     This reporting agency put on my consumer report that I was driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. This can be very misleading to creditors and insurers when looking at my profile as I am an Ohio marijuana medical card holder.

    Verisk Analytics is not allowing an opt-out option on selling personal information in violation of the Colorado Privacy Act of July 1, 2023. My first phone call to the company, I was transferred to a different company to opt out, that person stated they are no longer accepting any calls transferred from Verisk Analytics. My second call to the company I was told I had to contact the ********* companies. ( Verisk collects personal information on residential homeowners ********* claims and sells to the ********* companies). I was denied a quote from Foremost, ******* ******** ********* Company, Quote ID ********** on April 9th.

    The are not practicing the law correctly.I called and asked for the data they are furnishing and they never sent me a report or no response

    I'm told by ***********, ********************* USAA Insurance and *************** that my file and wife's file is defective with incorrect data. ***** Nexis wiped the account clean after it determined in their investigation my files had wrong data in them. I'm now told that Verisk Analytics " FCBG5GT" is incorrect. We are 100% disabled Veterans and applying for VA housing and these defective reports are keeping us from having a home. I'm told there is data in these files going back to the 1980's in places I have never lived or served in the military. Please delete our files as time is of the essence.
