Avoid at all cost. *** 2020- liner replaced and concrete deck redone around pool. Half of my yard was destroyed in the process ( broke existing pavers, splattered concrete on rockbeds grass and pavers, broke landscape lights, etc). The crew worked on my backyard for about 3 weeks and used my backyard as a bathroom while my wife and kids were home. May 2021 - I opened the pool and the liner was floating. They would not fix it despite a 1 year warranty. Hired another company to fix the liner. Once I got in the pool, I felt dozens of rocks protruding from under the liner and two fist-size craters in the deep end. Didnt even bother calling the company regarding these issues as they are useless. The owner is unreasonable, has no customer service and is very rude. I was able to recoup $500 when the concrete deck was laid as I showed the owner a video I recorded of the workers reusing the reinforcement wire from my old concrete patio they demolished and tried to reuse. This experience has been nothing but a headache. The 1 year warranty they offer means nothing as they do not honor it. Bottom line, hire a profession pool company and not one that works out of their home.
