    Only did Covid and flu testing. Did not read the questionnaire that was required to complete. Did not listing to lung sounds with a patient who has a history of asthma. Actually there was no physical assessment done, until I questioned their practice. The patient was asked to removed their top outside in the parking lot after I mentioned it. She stated, you have to tell me well dud, she never seen him. It was clearly stated in the reason the patient came in. They are charging examinations without a provider seeing the patient. Once they have a positive Covid test, they just write a prescription and tell them how to stay way from others, and where the script was called. Mind you, they have on N95 mask and face shield, why they dont examine the patient. This is the 2nd time they have did this. Not happy with this practice.
