    On June 27, 2025 I made a hotel reservation through this site. I clicked on the pay now button and the price was $604. However, when the reservation confirmed page came up, it was for $1086. I immediately called the support number, where no one could help me. Evidently, the escalation department only answers emails and has no phone number. The service person on the phone could create a ticket only. Also, when asked for a full refund due to misleading practices, they informed me I only qualified for 50% refund at that point, even though they charged me more than I agreed to. A refund of $95 was issued 6/30, with no explanation as to why that amount.

    Ms ******** reached out to us on July 1st follow the completion of her booking on June 27th through our supplier link. There was a system error which charged the incorrect amount, this issue was escalated by management with our supplier partner and Ms ******** was fully refunded on July 3rd 2025. After speaking with the guest she confirmed she was fully refunded and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    I used this company in January 2024 to book a hotel room for June 2024. I entered a wrong email service provider and the error wasnt flagged. I contacted the company via email in February when I noticed the expense on my credit card statement and I asked for a confirmation email of the booking. I received a response that the reservation was pending and that Book Your Block reached out to the hotel to request confirmation again. Book Your Block didnt follow up with me and now wont reimburse me. I had no way to cancel the reservation because I didnt have a confirmation number.
